I’m a practical learner. I do believe the less I know a priori about a specific product will allow me to look with fresh eyes and look further solutions.
I find that empathy is a key ingredient when creating solutions and I do perceive as users, not only to the final one but, to each of the multidisciplinary members of the team I work with.
I have had the opportunity to cover various aspects of the development/design process, and this has allowed me to broaden my expertise as well as my versatility.
