A global provider of technology needed a centralized system to manage all aspects of financial and marketing commitments related to thousands of marketing activities performed by strategic partners on a global scale. The system needed to support hierarchical security restrictions per strategic partner, various workflow processes, as well as end-to-end financial management from marketing activity creation and specification to reimbursement submission and processing to payment integration with a SAP financial system.
