A global financial institution required an efficient and streamlined way to manage information about its branches, contacts and various divisions as well as to manage collateral access and ordering based on advanced rules related to type, segment, class and branch profile.

An additional strategic goal was to manage and deploy marketing funds to each branch in order to provide dollar limits on marketing usage and to measure cost of marketing. Finally, the organization wanted to reduce marketing support costs by providing branch users with an easy, automated way to customize collateral  material online and integrate these customized templates with print on demand ordering services.
