— This case study highlights my knowledge transfer efforts while leading major UI updates to a complex platform—resolving usability gaps, improving consistency, and enabling scalable implementation. Beyond a major platform revamp and modular visual refinement, I proposed targeted improvements based on system-wide audits to support smoother and more efficient implementation cycles. Through 1:1 working sessions with developers, I introduced atomic design principles and promoted best practices in the Bootstrap framework—bridging the gap between design intent and technical execution.

To provide context, I joined as the sole UX/UI Designer on the VCP Platforms team shortly after the platform’s acquisition by Covetrus, contributing at both strategic and implementation levels during a critical transition phase. By blending systems thinking with hands-on mentoring, I helped establish sustainable outcomes, reinforced brand integrity, and nurtured developer confidence—transforming tactical fixes into long-term design maturity.

— Pioneered the establishment of a Design System for VCP, both in Figma and as a coded repository, merging the brand identity aligned with Covetrus. This was complemented with guidelines and best practices in implementing the UI framework.

— Formulated a UX pipeline process flow to introduce UX/UI/IXD standards into the existing agile environment. The goal was to identify an experience quality threshold to elevate the current MVP model to a higher, yet minimal, standard of user delight, achieving an MVE.

— Crafted artifacts related to a 3-day deadline challenge project as part of the hiring process for a Product Designer position at a Professional Training & Coaching Company.

— Conducted usability analysis for a Staffing Company during an initial sprint, contributing to the creation of a customized CRM platform aimed at automating daily tasks and the development of a mobile app for talent acquisition.

— Leading Medical Group Portal Consolidation with Six Branded Landing Pages

— Spearheaded all UX, UI, and interaction aspects of eCruises' proprietary web-based onboard hospitality management system during the development foundation phase. Successfully formulated an initial functional prototype module, establishing reference points for the entire development phase and workflow design, while also contributing to initiatives aimed at securing financing.
